How does freight transportation affect health in Alameda County?

freight3.jpgAlameda County is developing a new freight plan, and you're invited to share your ideas at a scoping session aimed at identifying key impacts. How do trucks, planes, trains and ships affect health in your community? What kinds of health issues should the assessment focus on? What benefits should the community derive from the movement of goods through the county? And how can planners and officials reach out to people most affected by freight transportation.

Please RSVP by January 17th by calling or sending an email, using the contact information below.

This event is hosted by the Ditching Dirty Diesel Collaborative (DDDC).
