The interactive tools on the EIA website enable you to zoom into a particular region, select layers (e.g., Geothermal Power Plant, Hydroelectric Power Plant, Natural Gas Power Plant, etc), choose the base map style (imagery, topographic, street map, etc.), and even find your own home ("So where's the closest solar power plant?")
