What has the Sunflower Alliance accomplished in its first 16 months? What goals do we want to set for the future? Our retreat is an opportunity to reflect on those questions and imagine pathways forward. It’s also a chance to share our thoughts on maintaining a healthy balance between one’s personal life and the unceasing work of climate action.
Meeting in both large and small groups, we will deepen our connections to each other as we consider our visions and our challenges. Our conversations will address long term strategy, alliances with other organizations, diversity, structure, and decision-making.
We will conclude the day with ideas for shaping these conversations into concrete proposals—plans for actions on the issues that most interest our members.
